Understanding Stress: What’s Happening in Your Body?
Understanding first
Make sense of pressure before deciding how to respond.
This interactive workshop helps employees understand what happens in the body under pressure, why common stress responses appear and why recovery matters.
We keep the science clear and relevant to everyday work. Employees are invited to notice their own early signs privately, experience a brief guided practice and identify realistic ways to support themselves during and after demanding moments.
