The Regulated Mind

Understanding is the foundation
for lasting change.

We make sense of what is happening within your body and why your responses may show up the way they do. From there, together, we create space for choice, confidence and a more empowered relationship with your wellbeing.

Meet Catherine

Where it all began.

The Regulated Mind grew from a deeply personal understanding: knowledge can transform the way we relate to ourselves.

Drawing on a background in healthcare leadership, science and counselling, alongside current specialist training in Polyvagal Theory, breathwork, pranayama and somatic yoga, Catherine translates complex ideas into calm, practical experiences without overwhelm or exaggerated claims.
