Regulation Under Pressure
Practical under pressure
Notice earlier. Choose more deliberately.
Pressure can narrow attention, change breathing, increase urgency and affect the way we communicate or make decisions. This workshop helps employees recognise those changes earlier and select a response that fits the moment.
The session combines concise education, private reflection and optional guided practices. Each participant creates a simple personal plan they can use when pressure begins to build.
