Leadership program

Leading Under Pressure

Leadership shapes the environment

Support people without trying to regulate them.

Leaders influence how pressure is experienced through priorities, workload, communication, role clarity, support and the expectations they set around recovery.

This interactive workshop helps leaders understand their own responses under pressure, recognise signs of strain in a team and respond constructively without diagnosing, counselling or taking responsibility for another person’s emotional state.
