Workplace program
Burnout, Recovery & Sustainable Performance
Beyond a single workshop
Build understanding and skills over time.
Burnout is not addressed by asking employees to become better at tolerating unhealthy conditions. This program considers both practical individual skills and the working patterns and conditions that influence recovery.
Across four interactive sessions, employees build a clearer understanding of cumulative load, practise realistic regulation and recovery strategies, and identify more sustainable ways to move through demanding periods of work.
The four part program
A progressive journey from pressure to sustainable performance.
- 01
Cumulative Pressure, understanding load, early warning signs and why recovery can become more difficult over time.
- 02
Regulation in the Working Day, practical, optional strategies for responding during moments of activation.
- 03
Recovery, exploring the quality of recovery, transitions out of work and small actions that support restoration.
- 04
Sustainable Performance, bringing personal skills and organisational conditions together into realistic next steps.
- 05
Guided experiences and take home resources that support practice between sessions.
