Breathe, move, rest, connect
A calm morning with something useful to take home.
2026 Mental Health Month themeA Little Connection Goes a Long Way
Held in support of Mental Health Month 2026, this community workshop brings together simple nervous system understanding, gentle somatic movement, accessible breathing practices, guided Yoga Nidra and time to connect over morning tea.
Reflecting this year’s theme, A Little Connection Goes a Long Way, the morning creates space to reconnect with yourself and share gentle connection with others.
The morning is designed to be welcoming, practical and unhurried. No previous experience is needed, and every practice is an invitation rather than a performance.
What the morning includes
We move gradually from understanding into experience and rest.

Photography will take place during the event for The Regulated Mind website and social media. You may opt out when registering, and this will not affect your participation.
